helpful staff spacious bathroom
alicia at reception was very helpful!!! she said she would call my phone when the room was ready. paraic looked after us very well and was very helpful in the restaurant.
the balcony door didn't close properly causing an awful draft all night.

the staff was friendly and efficient, i appreciate their help. breakfast had a very great selection. i had a good experience, it included convenient parking and clean, spacious rooms. i look forward to another stay!
the hotel shows its age a little, and some minor wear is visible.

I found the staff to be both friendly and courteous, they attended to my needs promptly. anne at the bar provided great service, she was always attentive. I felt very welcome there and i appreciate that.

The beautiful double room was nice and big, i enjoyed the space. there were no sockets by the bed, though the room was overall comfortable, and well kept. I thought it was a good, comfortable stay.

The room had a very good size. The staff was attentive to all requests. The parking was convenient, with a relatively spacious lot.
The bedroom wasn't cleaned after the first night, only the towels were changed. The bedroom was not cleaned at all after the second night, and no towels were changed. The bathroom basin stopper rim was not cleaned properly (very bad!).

non-functional tv barely functioning phone
the pool was a decent size for a quick dip after a long day.
i found that the promised smart tv in my room did not work at all. also, the phone barely functioned.. hearing room service was like trying to eavesdrop on a ghost.
